LX Pantos Successfully Concludes
Logistics ESG Idea Competition
- Five-month project featuring youth-expert mentoring wraps up
- Final presentation and awards ceremony held on August 19
- Grand Prize awarded to the team proposing smart farm container exports
On August 19, 2025, LX Pantos (CEO: Lee Yong-ho) announced the successful conclusion of its LX Pantos NEXT ESG contest.
The competition was designed to discover and implement innovative ideas that integrate logistics with ESG, while providing younger generations with opportunities to explore new possibilities and to learn and grow in the process.
Since opening in April, the five-month program attracted strong participation, with 144 teams submitting proposals in the preliminary round. Finalist teams were then paired with LX Pantos experts for six weeks of one-on-one mentoring, helping them refine and develop their concepts.
The finals took place on August 19 at LX Pantos headquarters in Jongno, Seoul, where CEO Lee Yong-ho personally presented awards to the ten winning teams selected after a highly competitive process.
The Grand Prize, along with KRW 5 million in prize money, went to Team LX Pantos Farmcare for its proposal to utilize smart farm containers as a logistics solution for agricultural exports.
Commenting on the contest, Mr. Lee said, “This competition was hugely significant, as it was full of fresh and creative ideas from young participants that allowed LX Pantos to explore new possibilities for ESG in logistics. Going forward, LX Pantos will continue to actively support translating such youth-driven ideas into tangible social value in practicing our corporate social responsibility.”
