LX Pantos Logistics implements a performance-based policy in which compensation is based on individual performance. Profits from company’s performance are also handed out as differential pay according to individual/organizational performance.
- Basic Annual Wage
- Paid as a fixed salary, according to personnel evaluation and the annual salary system
- Performance Incentive
- One-time payment at the end of the year according to individual evaluation
- Occasional Incentives
- Occasional compensation for those who have made contributions to the company's performance
