Pantos Logistics concludes MOU for overseas logistics supporJun. 30, 2015

Pantos Logistics announced on July 29 that it concluded an MOU for overseas logistics support for SMBs to resolve difficulties in exporting products and enable smoother penetration into the overseas market.

Based on this MOU, Pantos Logistics plans to add a significant number of shared overseas logistics centers in cooperation with KOTRA by utilizing its global network of 190 partners operating in major logistics hubs.

Through the shared overseas logistics centers, Pantos Logistics and KOTRA will provide comprehensive services encompassing B2B logistics support, B2C logistics support, customer service support, overseas logistics consulting, import agency, support for customs clearance, warehousing, and inland transport. Especially with the recent surge of direct e-purchase from overseas sellers, Pantos Logistics plans to utilize actively the know-how accumulated from joint logistics projects with E-Bay Korea for revitalizing the overseas sales of Korean SMBs so that customized logistics support for e-commerce can be provided.

Such joint efforts of Pantos Logistics and KOTRA will help local SMBs suffering from difficulties develop an independent logistics system to make the export/import logistics process efficient and save cost through shared overseas logistics centers.

"Pantos Logistics has been recognized as a model case of joint penetration into overseas markets with shippers, with joint entry into overseas markets with big exporting enterprises of Korea serving as the local foundation. As a reliable partner and supporter of Korean SMBs in their entry into overseas markets, we will exert the best efforts through the biggest overseas network among Korean logistics providers with more than 190 partners around the world," said Bae Jae-hoon, CEO of Pantos Logistics.
