International Express Service Website ‘e-SPEED’
- New Website Allows User to File Air Way Bill,
Expands Customized Services for Customers -
Pantos Logistics (CEO Yeo Sung-koo), Korea’s largest logistics company, reshuffled ‘e-SPEED,’’ a service website for GX (Global Express, www.epantos.co.kr / www.epantos.com), the company’s international express service brand, and started its operation in earnest on September 25. The company plans to provide distinguished services compared with other global currier service providers, including DHL and FedEx, though the revamped website, which focuses on user convenience and improved accessibility to information.
The new website allows users to file online an air way bill, which users have had to prepare on paper documents. It also enables users to easily and conveniently manage shipping records through diverse menus and functions. Notably, customers of the Pantos Logistics’ international currier service can use the ‘My Report’ function, which enables them to refer to and manage the list of shipped items and annual records through the website. My Report provides users with 13 kinds of customized services, including annual shipping records, query of delivery periods, analysis of shipped items, and analysis of destination countries.
With the reshuffled website, Pantos Logistics has also significantly increased ‘Tracking Visibility’ of shipments by allowing customers to monitor information on overseas freight shipments through diagrams. Notably, the website offers customers an auto mailing service, which sends out emails real time when loading, customers clearance, and delivery of freight are completed, which will help ease the inconvenience of freight mentoring weighing on both senders and recipients.
A Pantos Logistics official said, “The revamped e-SPEED, our international currier service website, will drastically increase customer satisfaction by allowing Pantos’ GX (Global Express) to maximize advantages such as the high-tech overseas freight tracking system and freight cost competitiveness.”
Pantos Logistics plans to continue to increase customer satisfaction of its services for international currier service customers by regularly upgrading the service’s website, while stepping up efforts to find new customers.
