LX Pantos Launches ESG Logistics Idea Contest

- Koreas first ESG-focused idea competition in the logistics industry; open to undergraduates and graduate students

- Applications accepted through June 29; top prize of KRW 5 million

On May 28, 2025, LX Pantos (CEO: Lee Yong-ho) announced the launch of LX Pantos NEXT ESG, Korea’s first ESG-themed idea contest organized by a logistics provider. The competition aims to identify innovative ESG-driven logistics ideas that address social challenges.

Open to presently enrolled undergraduate and graduate students nationwide, the contest accepts entries from individuals or teams of up to four members. Entrants may propose their ideas from one-—or a combination-—of the three thematic categories: Circular Value, Circular ESG; Designing Transparent Logistics and a Fair Supply Chain; and Smart Logistics Powered by AI and Robotics.

Proposals can be submitted in a free format and must reflect originality and practical applicability.

Prizes include KRW 5 million for the grand prize winner, KRW 3 million each for two runners-up, and KRW 2 million each for three individuals/teams receiving merit awards. All finalists will receive KRW 1 million and be invited to attend the Logistics ESG Seminar and Outcome Session, which will be held at LX Pantos headquarters.

Applications are open until June 29 and can be submitted  via the official contest website: https://lxesgchallenge.kr

Commenting on the contest, one LX Pantos official said, “The competition aims to foster bold and creative ESG ideas in the logistics field and to cultivate the next generation of talent. We will actively support the realization of winning ideas into actionable projects.”
