LX Pantos (Global CEO: Lee Yong-ho) hosted the “2025 K-Beauty Conference - Link the Beauty” on December 16 at The Westin Seoul Parnas in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, bringing together key clients and partner companies from across the K-beauty value chain.
Arranged as a gesture of gratitude to LX Pantos clients and partners, the conference served as a platform to align on the K-beauty industry’s growth trajectory amid evolving global market conditions and to enhance collaboration and networking with LX Pantos’s customers and partners.
As K-beauty expands beyond the U.S. and Europe into high-growth markets that include the Middle East and South America, demand is rising sharply for cross-border shipping and fulfillment centers. This trend is further elevating the role of logistics and supply-chain management as a core enabler of market entry and sustainable growth.
* According to leading Korean brokerage houses, Korean cosmetics exports in 2026 are projected to reach USD 10.97 billion, up 14.5% year on year.
More than 100 representatives from 37 client companies, including LG Household & Health Care, APR, CJ Olive Young, and Musinsa, attended the event. Sessions and panel discussions addressed: (i) analysis and outlook of the K-beauty market; (ii) global logistics and distribution strategies; and (iii) beauty trends shaped by K-content and influencers. LX Pantos also presented its global network and supply-chain execution capabilities, underscoring its role as a strategic logistics partner supporting beauty brands in strengthening their global competitiveness.
In addition, LX Pantos’s “Global Pick” booth showcased country-by-country logistics intelligence―covering warehousing, customs clearance, and logistics costs benchmarks―allowing customers to gain practical insights into their potential new markets with real-time operational data.
“Logistics competitiveness has become a prerequisite for K-beauty brands to succeed in overseas markets. Also, the industry’s evolving demands require logistics providers to go beyond transportation and play a key role in building global supply chains together with customers,” explained Lee Yong-ho, Global CEO of LX Pantos. “Leveraging our extensive and well-connected overseas network and proven global execution capabilities, LX Pantos will continue to serve as a trusted growth partner for our customers.”
