Pantos Logistics President Jae-hoon Bae Elected as Logistics Committee Chairperson of KCCI
Jae-hoon Bae, CEO of Pantos Logistics, was elected as the new chairperson of the Logistics Committee at KCCI (Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry) at the 26th logistics committee meeting held at The Plaza hotel in Sogong-ro, Seoul on October 7.
“The logistics committee of KCCI, which represents the Korean economy, will be the place of communication and harmony for Korean logistics providers. I will make the committee the ideal place for discussing how to improve the entire networking industry,” Chairperson Bae said in his inaugural speech following his appointment.
The logistics committee of KCCI consists of 56 CEOs of top Korean logistics companies such as Pantos Logistics, Hyundai Glovis, Korean Air, Hanjin Shipping, Hyundai Merchant Marine, Sebang Group, Sun-Kwang Terminal, KCTC, Federal Express, and others. Since its birth in 2003, the committee has been engaged in collecting industry opinions as well as discussing and suggesting policies regarding main logistics issues.
